Account & Login Help

GetManual provides registration and login access for customers who use its manual service and personal library features.

If you have trouble registering, signing in, or accessing your account, submit a support request:

1. Open Submit a Request.
2. Select Account & Login Help.
3. Enter the email address associated with the account.
4. Enter the required first 6 and last 4 card digits.
5. Describe the account or login issue, including any error message you see.
6. Submit the form.

Do not put your password in the request. Support does not need your password to identify the issue.

This topic is not in the approved Zendesk Category allowlist. Create the ticket normally, preserve the exact label Account & Login Help in the ticket subject and public comment, and omit the Zendesk Category custom-field entry entirely.
