Cancel Subscription

Use the Help Center request form if you want support with canceling a GetManual subscription.

To submit a cancellation request:

1. Open Submit a Request.
2. Select Cancel Subscription.
3. Enter the email address associated with the account or subscription.
4. Enter exactly the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card requested by the form.
5. In the description, state that you want to cancel the subscription and add any account or billing context that may help identify it.
6. Submit the form.

Do not include a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.

GetManual's source site provides a Cancellation support path, but the supplied site evidence does not state a specific cancellation effective date, processing time, or refund outcome. The Help Center must not promise any of those outcomes.
