Manual Requests

If you cannot find the manual you need, submit a Manual Requests ticket with the product information that identifies the correct manual.

The GetManual site states that missing manuals can be requested and that its manual service supports a large searchable library of product guides.

For a Manual Requests ticket:

1. Open Submit a Request.
2. Select Manual Requests.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter the required first 6 and last 4 card digits.
5. Enter the Brand Name.
6. Enter the Model Number.
7. Add a clear description of the manual you need.
8. Optionally attach photos that help identify the product or model.
9. Submit the form.

The Brand Name and Model Number fields are required only for Manual Requests. Photo uploads are optional.

Do not include passwords or full payment-card details in the description or attachments.
